The swing rod rain test chamber is used to assess whether electrical products, casings, and seals can ensure good performance of equipment and components in rainy environments. This product simulates various environments such as dripping, water splashing, and splashing, and is an essential testing equipment in fields such as aviation, automotive, home appliances, and scientific research.
The swing rod rain test chamber is made of high-quality materials and processed using the most advanced processing equipment currently available in China. Structural features:
The swing rod rain test equipment consists of four parts: swing tube bracket, swing tube transmission, working rotary table, and electrical control. The bracket, rotary table protective cover, water storage tank, test water pressure reflux device, and control console are made of SUS304 stainless steel hairline plate.
Working principle of experimental device:
(1) Swinging of the swing rod: driven by a stepper motor, PLC (imported parts) to drive the reducer, and set automatically through a programmable logic controller;
(2) Workbench rotation: The motor drives the turbine to decelerate and rotate, thereby achieving the rotation speed of the workbench;
(3) Nozzle: Determine the bending radius of the swing tube based on the size of the specimen. The nozzle is a detachable specialized nozzle, and the spray hole can be replaced at any time according to the required aperture of the standard, in order to ensure that the sprayed water droplets are uniform and the flow rate is sufficient;
(4) Test water circulation: The water storage tank is connected to the water source to automatically supplement the test water. The water is transported by a pressure pump through a diversion device, flow meter, and pressure gauge to the swing pipe nozzle.
